 The soft leather allows for an easier grip without the need to wear callus pads. To get the correct size, measure the distance from the tip of your middle finger to the end of your palm and add approximately 3 gm for the cuff.  If the measurement straddles two sizes, choose the larger one.
 The size corresponds to the total length of the calluses.
