Right of withdrawal

1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 15 days from the date of delivery of the products.

2. If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, he must notify ANNIEL via email at store @anniel.com

For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication may validly be replaced by the return of the purchased goods, to the same address, provided in the same terms to: ANNIEL SRL, via Morer n. 1 – 31044 Montebelluna - Italy.

The date of delivery to the post office or courier will prevail between the parties. By law, shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the CUSTOMER. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including original packaging, internal tissue paper, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged in any way and/or altered, nor used as the only external packaging, and any documentation, brochures and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, ANNIEL will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal as quickly as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days.

3. The Customer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of goods made to measure for the CUSTOMER, or personalized at the request of the CUSTOMER.

4. In the event of receiving products - in any way - that do not conform to the orders or are incomplete or damaged, the CUSTOMER must notify ANNIEL via email at store @anniel.com within 15 days of receiving the goods. ANNIEL will contact the courier who, subject to his availability, will collect the goods. ANNIEL reserves the right to verify the disputed non-conformity and in case of confirmation it will refund the value of the purchase.

Product warranty

All products presented on the website www.annielsport.com benefit from a 24-month contractual guarantee for defects of conformity, from delivery, in accordance with current legislation. To benefit from warranty assistance, the CUSTOMER must keep and show ANNIEL a copy of the order confirmation.
